WASD
Move your player (arrow keys also work). Control follows the ball on offense.

Shoot: hold to fill the shot meter, release in the green for a perfect jumper. Beyond the arc = 3 points.

Dunk / Layup: near the rim, just tap it to attack the basket. Big men throw down posters; guards finesse layups.

Pass to your best open teammate. Control jumps to the receiver.

Alley-Oop: lob to a teammate near the rim — they catch it in the air and finish with a big slam.

On defense: lunge to steal the ball or block a shot. Time it near the ball-handler!

Fouls & free throws: get fouled shooting and you go to the line — 1 shot on an and-1, 2 on a missed two, 3 on a missed three. Each made free throw = 1 point (hold SPACE, release in the green).

Switch player to any legend on defense — number keys pick directly, Q grabs whoever's nearest the ball.

MODES
Pick a mode on the menu: 1 Player vs CPU, 2P Co-op (both on the blue team), 2P Versus (blue vs red), or Spectate to watch CPU vs CPU. Same team = same jersey — blue vs red.

Pick the CPU's team: in Build Dream Team, switch to the 🔴 Rivals tab to hand-pick who you face — or leave it on auto for the best available five.

Game MVP: every game crowns an MVP from the box score (points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks) — shown on the final screen.

Buzzer beaters: get a shot in the air before the clock hits 0:00 and it still counts — sink it and you've got a BUZZER BEATER. Heave it early!

Overtime: tied at the horn? No ties here — you play a 45-second OT period. Still level after that? Another one, until someone wins.

Dunk Contest: first choose any legend to be, then pick a dunk with 1-4 and tap SPACE in the green sweep to nail the launch. Five judges score each dunk out of 50 — best of 2 vs a CPU rival.

3-Point Contest: first choose any legend to be, then shoot 5 racks of 5 balls — hold SPACE and release in the green to splash. The last ball of each rack is a money ball worth 2. High score wins (max 30).
